Typycal risks of the petrochemical industry demands documented and effective management systems with high level of organization.

At Hipol, the quality is the most important thing. From that reason, ISO 9001 Quality Management System was certified for the beginning, to form the foundation. Around the QMS, other preventive management systems are being integrated on principles of PAS 99, to form an Integrated Management System with a full sinergy of its elements. OHSAS 18001 was also certified and in august 2011 passed the first annual audit. ISO 14001 is now under implementation. The System is comprising noncertifiable elements too, at the moment expanding to HACCP and Halal, but will not stop here. We started developing Energy Efficiency and Social Responsibility subsystems. This trend is not time limited and Hipol will proceed with it as far as an interest can be seen in it.

The quality is realistic if it can be measured. Because of that, Hipol provides accreditation of our laboratories, according to ISO 17025. The technical laboratory is a few years accredited for nondestructive and other mechanical testing of plant equipment. Laboratory for physical - chemical testing of polymers, hydrocarbons and LPG is accredited since 2011.

In a surounding reasonably abhoring risks and harmfulness of the chemical industry, Hipol joined the Cleaner Production UNIDO Project, aiming to protect the environment significantly more than required by regulations.

Hipol continues to follow the development of international standards, especially those improving management system and helping integration into business processes of the European Union.
